During our first meeting the speech pathologist will gather important background information including an interview with the caregiver. The speech pathologist will conduct formal and informal assessments and observations. This is a time for us to get to know each other and begin identifying the needs of both you and your little one.

The speech pathologist will provide a written report to the family which will outline all of the information gathered, observations, assessment results, and recommendations. A copy of the report will be provided to the family. If your child is a good candidate for therapy, the next step will be to schedule our speech sessions.

We are an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide superbills which contain the appropriate information for possible reimbursement through your insurance. If you are unsure of your out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company for more information.
